A SkyCarp delicacy!

SHRIMP & GRITS
24 small or medium raw shrimp (peeled)
3 slices Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage Roll
1/2 medium sweet onion (diced)
2 Tbl spoon butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 Servings Quaker Instant Grits
Rinse peeled shrimp and set aside.
Fry sausage, chopping into small pieces.
Drain on paper towel and set aside.
Prepare 2 servings of Instant Grits per directions
on pkg. in medium saucepan. Stir in garlic powder and add cheddar cheese,
cover and keep warm. When cheese is melted, stir into grits. Cover and
keep warm.
Melt butter in frying pan with minced garlic over
medium heat. When the butter turns brown, add peeled shrimp. Stir,
until cooked [orange]. Do not over cook.
Add cooked shrimp, sausage and diced onions to
cheesy grits, stir.
Serve promptly with warm bisquits and
jam on the side.
Serves two.
Wash down with your favorite Pop With Foam On
Top.
